Dear teacher or school counselor,
I am writing to suggest that I should consider休学 for a while. I have been feeling very overwhelmed with my studies and I am not able to keep up with the pace that I was used to. I have been struggling with my mental health and I think it would be best for me to take a break and focus on my well-being.
I have been putting all my energy into studying and I have not had the time to enjoy life or do the things that I used to enjoy. I have a family and I want to spend time with them, I have a job and I want to work, and I have a social life and I want to be part of it. I have been trying to balance all of these things but I am feeling like I am not making progress.
I am not sure what to do next, I am not sure if I should continue to study or if I should take a break. I would appreciate any advice or guidance you can give me.
