It can cause a range of symptoms, such as sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest in activities that once brought a sense of pleasure. If left untreated, depression can lead to other serious health problems, such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
To help determine if you may have depression, we have created a simple self-测 question bank. Please answer the questions as honestly as possible, and if you feel that you may have depression, please seek professional help as soon as possible.
1. How often do you feel sad and depressed, and how long have you been feeling this way?
2. Have you lost interest in activities that you once enjoyed?

7. Have you had trouble finding meaning or purpose in life, and/or have you felt like you have no one to turn to for support?
